I didn't take any pictures yesterday, so my posting is back to real time. Just for a day or two, I'm sure. I even wore 2 different 30 for 30 looks yesterday - I just didn't get the opportunity to snap photos. I'll have to reprise them for the weekend. Until then ...
Today has been a pretty stellar day. For the first time in 4 months, I had no running workout scheduled for today, so John and I slept in (until 9 - I'm a rebel!) and went for a delicious breakfast at our favorite spot. It's always so fun to got out for breakfast on weekday, because there's no line. Just retirees and folks like us! I even tried corn pancakes for the first time. Yummy!
Then, I went to one of my part-time gigs to find very little work for the day, so I ended up with a nice long afternoon to myself. I jumped on some Christmas shopping, and now I'm enjoying some time catching up on blogs and this week's shows on the DVR. Oh, how I love Fridays.
Even better, I love my outfit. So cozy and easy. I copped out on doing my hair by shoving it under my favorite knit hat - very Christy Swanson in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, no? Hehe. I tried to up the cool factor a bit by throwing on a lot of chunky jewelry. I love it!
And as though that's not enough to make a great day, Kendi featured my on her blog today!
Have a great Friday, everyone!
