sweaty wednesday: let's do it together

I know I'm not the only one that sets out to accomplish new goals in the new year, and I want to know what your goals are!  More specifically, I want to know what your exercise goals are!

Sooo, will you guys join me in my Sweaty Wednesday posts?  I'd love to feature YOU and all the ass-kicking, muscle-building, confidence-boosting things you're taking on this year.  Leave me a comment, telling me what your activity goals are for the year.  THEN, email me a picture of you working towards that goal.

Think BIG this year!  Goal-setting is so powerful and by far one of the best things you can do for yourself.  How else do realize what you're capable of if you don't keep pushing?  Until this past year, I never in a MILLION years would have thought I was capable of running a half-marathon.  Setting the goal and then SAYING IT OUT LOUD is what made it happen.  Well, that and a few uncomfortable moments ...

If you will let me, I want I'd love to celebrate your accomplishments with you!
So, get out, get moving, and send me a photo of you making your goals happen!  Together, we can make this the healthiest, happiest year yet!

  1. My goals are to run another half marathon (in spring or fall, probably fall) and to finally add strength training. Great idea, Kyla!
