Welcome back, Friday. Welcome back. There's something so perfectly harmonious and cyclical about ending the week in the same sweater in which it started. I love this sweater and wish and hope and wish some more that ASOS would bring it back in every color of the rainbow.
This dress has become that one thing in my wardrobe that just makes me feel great. The simple act of wearing it is a constant reminder of the parts of my body I love. Perfect for a day when you just don't quite feel like yourself.
While I would love to have a bright coral or open-weave off-white sweater (cropped, of course) to throw over this dress, I had no other options but the green. While it wasn't the perfect green, I loved the silhouette and figured I would just go with it. It must've been one of those examples of "it doesn't have to match, it just has to go," because I got a ton of compliments on it. I love how the necklace and shoes added just that little eclectic edge I love. And of course, my new DIY clutch ... stay tuned for the details!
