I always struggled with my weight and what you said about realizing the end of feeling trapped in a body and lifestyle that made you miserable really hit the nail on the head. When I finally began to listen to my body and stop eating all the crap and start moving was when I started taking control of my life. This is such a funny story! I'd be just as freaked out too, though. Squirrels are usually so nimble and adept at flying through the air, so it's kinda hilarious and sad when one falls.
